Change is scary, but so remain the staying the same. A toxic workplace is not within one’s control, but you do have control over the career direction. You can break out of the cycle even though it might need a lot of work, but when you love what you do it makes it so much more fulfilling.People stay in toxic jobs because they believe eventually something will change. But eventually will turn you toxic too.11:04AM

🌱 It’s important to recognize when it’s time to move on to new opportunities in your career. Feeling undervalued or out of place can be a clear sign that it's time to explore new paths. Don't let a toxic workplace hold you back from reaching your full potential. Instead, find a place that values you for who you are and what you bring to the table. Remember, your worth is not determined by your current workplace. #CareerAdvice #KnowYourWorth #FindYourTribe

Remain consistently ready to depart from your Boss or Employer, as they too maintain a constant state of readiness to part ways with you. It's prudent to stay equipped for any potential changes in your professional circumstances, acknowledging the reality that loyalty in the workplace often operates on a transactional basis. By being prepared to move on, you empower yourself to navigate career transitions with resilience and foresight, recognizing that the dynamics of employment are subject to fluctuation.#workspace #jobs

🚀 Why are Gen Z LEAVING jobs ?Here’s why:1. Lack of purpose: They want roles aligned with their values.2. Limited flexibility: Hybrid or remote options matter more than ever.3. Growth opportunities: Stagnation leads them to seek faster career advancement.4. Mental well-being: Burnout pushes them to prioritize work-life balance.According to me to retain Gen Z talent, companies must focus on purpose-driven culture, flexibility, and clear growth paths. How can we better engage and retain Gen Z talent? I’d love to hear your thoughts and suggestions!#Employeeattrition#TalentRetention #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeEngagement #HRissues

**Addressing the Real Reasons Behind Employee Turnover** 🌟I've often encountered the perception that frequent job changes indicate a lack of stability. But is it really that simple?🔍 **Every Resignation Tells a Story** People leave organizations for various reasons—career growth, better opportunities, work-life balance, or even personal challenges. It's essential to delve deeper and understand these motivations rather than jumping to conclusions about a candidate's stability.💡 **Shifting the Perspective** As professionals, we should approach job changes with curiosity and empathy. Let's ask the right questions:- What skills did you acquire in your previous roles?- How did those experiences shape your career goals?- What are you looking for in your next opportunity?🤝 **Building a Culture of Understanding** By recognizing the diverse reasons behind job changes, we can create a more inclusive and supportive workplace. This understanding fosters an environment where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute their best.Let's challenge the stigma around job mobility and focus on the rich experiences and skills that candidates bring to the table. After all, a thriving career path isn't always linear—it's about growth, learning, and finding the right fit.#CareerGrowth #EmployeeRetention #WorkplaceCulture #MedicalBilling #QualityAssurance #RecruitmentInsights

👏 Love these insights from Sarah Green Carmichael!Embracing healthy detachment at work doesn't just boost professional growth, it enhances our attachment to life.By separating self-worth from careers, we unlock potential, allowing insecurities to motivate without defining us."People can’t help but take work personally — it’s our career, after all. But the irony is that we might thrive more if we were capable of a bit more detachment. If our self-worthweren’ton the line. If we could let our insecurities motivate us just enough — but no further."#GrowthMindsethttps://lnkd.in/gbzpsb_G

Investing in employees, even as they transition out, is always a win-win. Taylor’s experience exemplifies it.After five successful years, restructuring due to the pandemic led Taylor back to the job market. However, his employer’s commitment to his well-being enabled him to navigate his career transition with confidence with the help of Thrive’s outplacement.Taylor’s experience with Thrive was so positive that he enthusiastically recommends it to other employers:“One of the main reasons why I’d recommend the Thrive platform to employers handling outgoing employees is because it helps alleviate some of the mental health burdens that come with the outgoing process, such as depression, anxiety, stress. All these things when going through a career transition or a layoff can really negatively affect somebody’s life, and in my opinion, it’s best to keep a positive relationship with the employee”At Thrive, we believe in the power of personalized guidance. We understand that behind every career transition is a unique individual with distinct aspirations who requires tailored support and encouragement. Our mission is to move careers forward. We help empower both individuals and organizations to navigate challenging times with grace, resilience and compassion.Let Thrive be your partner in fostering positive career transitions that build lasting relationships with your employees.#careertransition #outplacement #workforcesolutions #humanresources
