Oh my goodness, hands down the best place to eat on the Coast. The menu is huge and so extremely diverse. We ordered so much food and shared it. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. We even had kids with us who are not fans of seafood and they were very pleased with what they ordered. A must...absolutely a must if you are visiting. The town itself is awesome too. So many gems around from coffee shops to dining to shopping!!! I will definitely make a trip here to eat anytime I visit the Coast!!!!

Very cozy, relaxing, quite elegant dining ambience, with live music! Good service. The crab cakes were very tasty. Mushroom and sausage pizza was a bit thick in cheese for our flavor. Cesar salad was prepared right. I liked their homemade lemonade.Live music from a gentleman playing guitar in a well set stage added relaxing vibe to the dining experience.Without reservation, we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. But the hotel’s gift shop right at the entrance hallway could help make your wait time go by fast.

We ate at the restaurant after a lengthy wait. However, after the wait, we truly enjoyed ourselves. The heated patio was an awesome place to sit! Loved the design. Our server was delightful and on point. He cheered everyone up around him. Everyone in the section was talking about his energy. "Right on!" Food was delicious!

The food is very good. Reasonable price with big portion of food.I really liked my Caribbean cache, so many different varieties of seafood in it! I had to take a bug box to go and had another 2 meals. The mom’s potpie was delicious, tasted like cottage food in an old town. Home feeling flavor.Would like to come back and try other things too!

We ate here twice this week. The first time had a limited menu due to a kitchen issue but had fish and chips which were great, and a shrimp cocktail but the shrimp were a tad flabby. Went back later in the week and shared crab cakes and calamari both of which were great but calamari, best I’ve ever had! Simple but interesting salad. Look forward to a return visit. Prices and portions were good!

We stayed in the Sugar & Spice room. Very comfy. The tile in the shower is beautiful. Loved having a cup of coffee on the balcony. The food at the restaurant was pretty tasty. Love that they have vegan options! Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. We definitely want to make a return trip here in the future.

Lindsey B — Google review

The service is very slow. Our server had on a full wool coat. There is automatic 20% gratuity added to check. Ordered the WINGS and they are very hot (not buffalo) and taste like a smoky foot. Might have been able to get them all down had anyone come to fill our tin can water prison cups.

K L — Google review

We went for lunch - and it was the best food on our 5 day trip on the coast. We went to so many high rated or raved about restaurant and they sucked, and then we pop into this gem and are immediately thrilled.Service was goodFood was great. Chowder was the best we had out of the area, I wish it was thicker but flavor wise, it was on point. The fish and chips were fried perfectly. My partner got a burger, it was nothing special but he enjoyed it.Overall it had the best food, reasonable prices, we left happy. If I had to complain about anything it’d be the auto 20% gratuity added on your bill. Personally, we should be in charge of the tip. If you did well, get paid well, if you didn't, don’t get a good tip. I find that frustrating but we were so happy with the food we ultimately just ignored it. It’s on the menu so if you’re paying attention you’ll already know it’s included

Kylie F — Google review

We LOVED our meal here! Fantastic vibe: we loved the decor, the eccentric history of the place, and then a talented blues musician playing live music in the corner. This restaurant offers a surprisingly high number of gluten free options, including the crab cakes - you only get two, but they are meaty and delish! My partner had a halibut burger, happy to note the generous slab of halibut (no skimping on the seafood, we love that). Also steamed clams, oyster shooters, and then chocolate mousse for dinner. Servers were friendly, prompt, and really helpful in our menu decisions. 10/10 would recommend!

Incredible food!! You can tell they are attentive to detail with every aspect of the business. We loved it so much went two nights in a row. Ian and Mason were incredibly friendly staff! The restaurant itself was super fun, especially the patio! Top to bottom awesome! The best restaurant on the coast so far for us with a huge menu, something for everyone!

Courtney W — Google review

We ate at the Drift and it was absolutely fantastic! They have a beautiful, outdoor space that is dog friendly. But the highlight is the gluten free food. We had the gluten free fish and chips and gluten free crab cakes. Everything is fresh, excellent quality and homemade. Even the amazing sauces are made in house. They also have perfect cocktails. The prices are good, the food is delicious and the service was lovely. This is a must stop on the Oregon Coast.

Brandy C — Google review

The food was delicious, however the service was not up to standard. For a 20% gratuity automatically in the check, you’d expect better service, however, unfortunately it’ll be 3 business days before you get a waitress to come over to your table. It was, with no exaggeration, 20 minutes to get water, 40 minutes to get our food, and 25 minutes to get our check AFTER we requested it, not including wait time to get the waitress to come and ask if we want the check.Food and decor was good though!

Wael J — Google review

The cutest little restaurant, such a beautiful property. Lots of decor and interesting things to look at. Very busy place. Food was good, price was steep but most places like this are. The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and crispy. Burger was massive, with fresh avocado and lettuce. My only complaint is how long it took. We had reservations so we were seated quickly, but it took a long time for anyone to come and take our orders, and a long time for our food. Waitress only asked about drinks once and we all could have used some more water or refills. Mandatory 20% tip.

Jo A — Google review

This was our first time here and it was busy! But our wait was less than 10 minutes then we were seated outside in the garden area. 80° day on the 6th of October! They boast quite an interesting, organic, menu. Our meal was excellent in taste, quality and plated up attractively. In my opinion our food was a 10. The atmosphere a 10. Our waiter I rate a 3 as they took our order, brought our meal but never saw them again . I had to personally go find our waiter to pay our bill as we waited quite some time for it. The crowd had dispersed by then. But the Huge Issue I am against is the Drift Inn has now put into place a Standard 20% Gratuity on All bills automatically. Many restaurants have adopted this practice now-( not all ) and I don't agree/believe or support it ! We willingly are exceptional tippers unless the food/service is horrible. I worked in food service for years so I totally understand tipping but do not force this on me. Which is exactly why I will not return here unless they stop the Automatic Gratuity practice.

Nancy — Google review

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on our way to the Redwoods. The place is quaint, the food mediocre but the service needed work. Not horrible, just needed work. Three times my husband was asked (twice by the same server) if he wanted more coffee. I asked for a little more syrup for my waffle, never seen her again 😆.Then to top off the morning we elected to reduce the tip but was charged a $7.00 tip anyway. Geesh

Steve C — Google review

Review for takeout restaurant only. Pizza was good but could have been great. The bread was sound which is the hardest part but we got the spanish tapas and the choice of sausage was weird to say the least. Sub out the hot dog like sausage for pepperoni and it would have been delicious

Davis H — Google review

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. We came here after a recommendation from a local. We had a very short wait to be seated on a busy Saturday night. We immediately loved the atmosphere and especially the live music. Our server, Jordan, was THE BEST! Genuinely friendly and attentive and when there was a small hiccup with availability on a menu item he immediately made it right. The service was also incredibly efficient given how busy they were. The food was out of this world. Crab ravioli was on point and my steak was perfectly cooked. The desserts were phenomenal as well! We had such a fantastic experience at dinner that we came back for breakfast. They again knocked it out of the park with the service (I forgot our servers name ) and food! The Driftwood crepes are a must!

Jessica D — Google review

The eating at the Drift Inn was outstanding! I usually don't rate this high but the whole out-to-dinner experience at the Drift Inn was awesome. Really can't say enough. Lewis was our waiter and he was superb. He suggested great drinks for wife and I based on a couple of our criteria. He really kept close tabs on us without being intrusive. Very good sense of humor too. The other staff members were on it! Constantly serving and clearing tables. The atmosphere and ambience was rustic with background soft music from guitarist. But I can't say enough about the food....the taste, freshness, quality, and even the portions. It was all very tasty, especially for the price. Very reasonable. We'll absolutely return during our next trip. Highly rated!

Stopped by for a very late (1:30-2pm) lunch on New Years Day. Staff was very friendly, wait was only 10min (looks like we missed a big rush). Food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere. If you’re familiar with McMenamins (most are in the Portland area), this has a similar feel with the quirky local art and revival of older/historical buildings, but the food and service are great at Drift Inn! Can’t wait to come back and stay in the lodgings and see the live musicFelt very welcoming and staff was very kind

Devon F — Google review

We were lucky to be seated in the outdoor (heated) garden, at the cafe-height seats, around and over the Koi pond. So peaceful! The live music was relaxing, and just right for the chill vibe. We had the salmon special (walnut crusted) and crab ravioli. Unbelievably good... I will drive over from Eugene just to have this ravioli again! The staff was welcoming and well trained. We appreciated that the tip was included in the total, guaranteeing that all the staff will be better paid for their fine service. We'll be back soon! [Please excuse the messy bowl with the ravioli... we ate quite a bit before I remembered to take a photo. ] Oh... the bread and side salads were amazing as well. No complaints here! 👌

Karen W — Google review

Ordered 2 open face breakfast sandwiches (sausage and vegetarian). Sandwiches were good: good size, nice flavor of eggs, sausage, and cheese (more than one egg maybe?). Replaced the meat with extra cheese without an extra cost. Potatoes were nicely cooked (crispy outside, soft inside), good portion. Biscuits had grill marks that were over toasted / burnt which I found unpleasant. One of the sandwiches came wrapped in paper which stuck to the cheese. The other sandwich did not come wrapped in paper. We got 1 pepper and 4 salt packets. There was an automatic 20% tip added to the to go order, which I found strange (I worked in a restaurant as a waitress). They said it was for the kitchen and asked for an additional tip for the waitress (interesting since I found her to be a bit unfriendly). The waitress at the bar seemed put upon that no one was available to take our to go order. She asked another staff person if the to go person was there to take our order and the woman responded no. The to go order seemed to be an inconvenience for her.

I’m from NC and I loved everything about staying here! Bev at the Drift Inn was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The rooms I stayed in were cleaned and nicely decorated and the amenities like the kitchen and laundry were a great asset to have. I also had the chance to eat at the Drift Inn Cafe. I really enjoyed my food and the service was excellent. I had breakfast, which was delicious, and I ate alone but I was well taken care of. I really appreciate all of the great service I received! Will definitely be back!

Wow. This place is absolutely fantastic for food. My mother and I went here for lunch and I ended up getting a dish called The Artist, and they got Mom's Pot Pie. Both dishes were divine. Ended up going here again the next night for dinner with my mom, my sister and her husband and got the butternut ravioli and again, it was delicious. Service was amazing and on top of everything and super friendly. 11/10 will recommend to friends and come here again.

On a spur of the moment trip to Yachats, we landed here for a late lunch early dinner. There was a bit of a wait, but I am so glad we stayed!!Seafood galore, tacos, burgers, and even vegetarian and vegan options. There is something for everyone here! The restaurant is beautiful, cozy and eclectic, and not very noisy for as open and large as it is. There's also outdoor patio seating which looked nice. The staff were all kind, fun to talk to, accommodating, and generally just appeared to enjoy working there even though they were really busy. Our order/experience:My grandmother, who said she wasn't hungry yet, ordered steamed clams off of the appetizer menu for something small. She was surprised to get a giant bowl filled with clams that were so good, she was suddenly hungry and ate every last bite.My husband had the pork belly tacos and the meat was perfectly cooked - tender, smokey, and all around mouth watering. There was a slight issue with his order initially, but the staff was awesome and everything was fixed quickly.I ordered the Lucy Blue Burger: blue cheese, bacon jam(!!), and apple slices on a burger and I'm a sucker for bacon and blue cheese. When I ordered, the waitress asked if I wanted it with beef, chicken, halibut, steak, or a vegetarian option. I hadn't read that far on the menu so was surprised by the options. I'm not normally thrilled about grilled chicken on a sandwich or burger but (seeing my surprise) the waitress said she likes it with the chicken, so I went for it. I have no regrets. The chicken was tender and moist and lent well to the bacon jam and blue cheese. SO GOOD!!

The food was good, but the service was NOT. They automatically add 20% to everything, including takeout - which would be fine, except the waitress acted like she was getting a good tip either way! She was terrible. She didn't come back after taking our order - no refills, not to see how the food was, to see if we needed anything, and not even to see if we wanted dessert! We sat for a long time after being done eating, waiting to order dessert. We spoke to her as she walked past a couple of times and she ignored us!She took so long to return to our table that I just said forget it or we will never get out of here! I overheard her telling the table next to us that one time someone complained about the 20% automatic tip. In a very sarcastic voice she said "oh no! Someone didn't get a refill on their coffee! Gasp!"This is the problem with an automatic tip. I am a good tipper, and don't mind having it added - with the option to alter it if needed. She didn't even let us see the bill! Just told me the total and told me that includes the 20% service charge.I don't think I would return and didn't recommend the restaurant. The service FAR overshadowed the quality of the food.

Shawna T — Google review

Great breakfast menu. Tried the corned beef hash, which was delicious along with a homemade biscuit. Also was lucky enough to get the best apple fritter I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend trying this place out.

Teresa M — Google review

Stopped by for dinner and live music. Busy restaurant with a fun atmosphere. The service was good and the staff were moving fast to keep up with all the diners! The Mexican salad and oysters were great! (Big salad!) Will definitely come back!

Absolutely adorable spot with great food. Location in adorable Yachats cannot be beat. The “pedal out” (hostel style) rooms with shared showers/bathrooms were comfy, clean, and quiet. A steal of a deal!

This is a great local restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner here while in Yachts for the weekend. We enjoyed the variety on the menu. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. We were there when the music started. The volume was nice. Not too loud the song selection was appropriate for the vibe of the restaurant.

Tim S — Google review

We generally stop here for lunch when driving up the coast. They have very good food and we have always had good service. But today our service was below par!!! We sat on the outside patio and seemed like we were in a vortex. The server seemed to ignore us and always came to our table last. Never asked if we needed anything more, wanted dessert, or drink refills. We finally had to let her know we were ready to leave. She tap, tap, tapped her little device never told us the total but quickly said the 20% tip was already included and handed me the device just to push ok!!!?? It was just my husband and I and we split a lunch so 20% was a bit steep?! Never had that happen before anywhere and nowhere did it say that 20% was the desired tip. I wasn’t about to embarrass myself so I just tapped and left. Had to look at my bank to even see what the total was. Which by the way was too much in my mind for a shared lunch. Figured a negative review was better than nothing. So not saying don’t eat here Just saying not happy how our server treated us today.

Restaurant: Quite a lively scene on a Tuesday evening in July. It was a packed house in both the covered patio and the main dining room with excellent music from a guitar and folk singing duo. Halibut and chips came with a fresh tasting green salad and was delicious and crisp. A mezcal based Margarita on the rocks was both generous and well made. A 20% gratuity was added to the check, which I didn't mind and it is much easier than worrying about tipping. There are a lot of menu choices and the take-out pizza also seems popular. The kitchen seems to keep churning out food at a consistently high quality.Hotel: I stayed in one of the diminutive Pedal Out rooms. It was surprisingly comfortable! The five ground floor rooms share bathrooms, showers and a refrigerator. Everything is clean and seems to have been fairly recently renovated with an eye to the simple decor, including interesting tile work in the showers. Double beds (not enough room for queens) were very comfortable. You save so much money in these rooms you can easily afford to have fun at the restaurant next door. They are fine for a short stay if you do not require queen beds. For longer stays, consider the regular rooms upstairs.

I didn’t need a big dinner so I ordered the crab cakes and jalapeño poppers. The cakes were child and the bacon was not hardly cooked on the poppers. I sent them both back as it was very disappointing.Cakes came back tepid… parts of the bacon was cooked. I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t finish either.$50 later….. I left unsatisfied.I didn’t even purchase my swag because I was offended to spend that much money on virtually nothing. Our waitress was nice, but didn’t offer any discount or other options for me.EDIT: A 20% gratuity was automatically added to my bill. No choice!I was so put off I forgot to take a photo of my food, so I included the receipt. And, the seafood chowder my friend ordered was also tepid and not up to par. Also, I ordered a double Jameson neat but clearly was served a single. 😩

Hi my name is David. My wife and I have had good meal experiences at the Drift Inn more than a few times in recent years. On prior occasions we enjoyed tasty food and attentive service.Yesterday we wanted to treat our 7 grandchildren (ages ranging 7-12 years)to a nice meal experience at the end of a fun weekend in Florence. We made a special point to travel home through Yahats so we could treat our grandchildren to a Drift Inn lunchtime meal. Our group ordered a diverse selection of foods including chowder soup, salads, sandwiches, burgers. rice bowls and enchiladas. All items were expensive and fell below our very reasonable / openminded expectations.Waiter service we received was basic but not outstanding. Food arrived in waves so some were waiting for their order while others watched their food get cold.Expensive / disappointing food, mediocre service, + mandatory 20% added gratuity made our Drift Inn meal experience dissatisfying this time. Not sure if we will vote with our 👣 or give Drift Inn another try ?😒

My wife and myself were traveling the Oregon Coast and it was our first time at this establishment. Food was outstanding. The best Ceasar salad I've ever had. However, the server was slow and her interaction with us was sarcastic at best, more than likely due to the fact that my wife and myself ordered h20 and not alcoholic beverages. Also, not so fond of the eatery deciding on the amount of gratuity that should be paid (20%), however it did save me 10% because i was going to pay 30%. Thanks won't be back. Patrick and Janice

We had lunch at the restaurant and found the menu to have a good variety of dishes. My husband really enjoyed his mushroom sausage wood fired pizza, which had a nice crispy yet tender dough, good cheese and a good quantity of the toppings. I ordered the Thai noodle bowl with grilled halibut, which was fresh and tender. The vegetables were grilled as well and the Thai coconut sauce had just a touch of heat.

Darien G — Google review

The restaurant here is one of our favorites on our vacations on the Oregon coast. The atmosphere is superb, and the eclectic variety of food is outstanding. We make it a point to eat here a few times while on vacation, and it never disappoints. Being there during the music is an added treat!!!

Holly H — Google review

I booked a solo trip to Yachats for a break in the norm. I’m so glad I tried this restaurant. The service was amazing, personal & attentive. I ordered the Halibut fish & chips but subbed a salad for the fries. I also decided it was a great time for a Bloody Mary! I ate outside on the funky patio area & thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was scrumptious & I’d order the same thing again. Definitely eat here! PS: I don’t post bad reviews but I had dinner last night at a local spot that was very average, not worth the price. Not the case here!

Julianne W — Google review

Restaurant is uniquely decorated, which is great because the service is slow and neglectful. At least you have something to look at as you thirst to death.Calamari was pretty good. The clam Chowder was very runny and under seasoned. Once I added salt, it was a 5 out of 10.The lemon dressing was 10 out of 10.The chicken wings were good but very spicy. The fried halibut was 8 out of 10.Our server wore a coat the whole time she waited on us, which I've never experienced in my life. It was peculiar. I've always understood in the restaurant industry that if you're cold enough to wear a coat, you're not working hard enough. Which was evident in the service we received.

Shelby J — Google review

We had a really nice lunch in the restaurant. Cobb Salad with grilled chicken and ice tea. Great food, atmosphere, and service. We didn't stay in the hotel, I live right up the street.

Robert G — Google review

It was great! We went to the restaurant (I recommend getting there early. The wait times can get long during the school holidays.) Great food, dishes for every pallette with gluten free and vegan options. Great service. The wait staff made my kids, my boyfriend, and I feel welcome and once seated we never had to wait long before being checked on. The Decor was awesome, too. Great little coastal place to eat and vibe. 10/10

Margaret B — Google review

This restaurant was recommended by a local so we had dinner there on a Tuesday night. We both ordered crab cakes that were so-so but expensive. The cakes were deep fried (I should have asked how they are prepared) & nearly burnt. Served with a fresh, yummy salad & home made dressings, which sounded amazing so I asked if I could try 2. The waiter didn’t tell us that he would charge us .75 each for the additional dressing, so imagine our surprise when we got the check! It’s not the .75 that’s important, but the fact that he didn’t tell us was not OK. I would have settled for one had I known. They also add an automatic 20% gratuity to your bill which he did point out. Maybe this is the wave of the future, but I’d never encountered a restaurant adding 20% to my bill unless I was in a large party. I’ll pass on that restaurant in the future.

Diana H — Google review

Food was good, but service was poor. It took an extended period of time for a server to even ask for our drink order, and then an even longer wait for them to come back to take our food order, even though it was obvious we were ready. She was busy sitting down talking with other patrons. After the food came, our server never came to ask if we needed anything or how our food was. I had to go track down staff to ask for a missing item from my plate. Food is very expensive, and they automatically add 20% gratuity no matter the party size, even if the service is poor.

Quinnton M — Google review

Food was good enough, veggies were a bit under done for my liking. But still good.Scored by coming during the Celtic(?) festival where they had extended hours and live music!Paddle Out rooms were about 15$ higher than what you get vs a cheap hotel. Nice and clean though. Bed was too soft for my preference though.Would recommend both food and rooms if passing through.

Just had dinner there. They were slammed and our waiter was so great. I didn't get his name but he made sure I had my Spanish coffee, brought me extra bread, and he was running his @$$ off. I went to the restroom when our check came and didn't see him again but he was absolutely the best.Food was great too!

T R — Google review

We had breakfast there this morning. Service was mediocre at best. Asked for coffee three times before we finally got it. Food was not hot. It was good but... the kicker was the 20% gratuity that was automatic - then they ask for additional. Plus the city food tax. I'm generally a very good tipper. But an automatic 20% Then asking for additional. That just rubbed me wrong. Especially with mediocre service. So breakfast for 2 was $55. That's just 2 breakfasts and 2 coffees and taxes / gratuitiesI guess it's unfortunate they feel they have to do this because too many people don't tip.I don't think we will go back

We had another awesome meal at a quirky as hell place, in Yachats, in the middle of the Oregon Coast drive. Stunning decor. Such a weird history this place has, make sure to read about it! The food was damn good. The service was a little slow, but our waiter was brand new, he admitted. Sweet guy though. We'd definitely stop here again.

Brande W — Google review

As someone who often times my coastal adventures around the tides, I really appreciated finding a place to eat that didn’t close in the afternoon. And though the parking lot is small, it’s nice that there are spaces off the street. The food was great. But the service was…weird. Multiple employees made eye contact with me as I was waiting to be seated but did not offer even a, “Someone will be with you in a moment.” It took about 5 minutes of waiting before someone actually spoke to me and got me a table, and I ended up being placed near both kiosks where employees enter orders. As a result most of my meal was spent listening to employees discuss each other and problem customers. One employee walked in and set her backpack at a table and just left it there. I’m sure much of it could be chalked up to an off day (though I did spend a moment wondering if the now automatic and mandatory gratuity was the result of international tourists not knowing to tip, or people having experiences like mine and choosing to tip less), but there were just so many things that I know would never have been acceptable in the restaurants I’ve worked in. Maybe it’s better if you go in as a group?

What a spectacularly quirky spot. The Drift Inn is a collection of unique buildings. We stayed in the “Top of the World” room with an amazing view of the ocean right across the street. This suite would be perfect for a family since it has a full kitchen and two rooms. The decor is eclectic and inviting. Too tired to cook? We had great dinners and breakfast at the restaurant. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything. Would definitely stay again, but for a longer period of time.

We came here on a very busy holiday weekend, and had a 45 minute wait for a table. Thankfully there were some open bar seats!I had the chicken romesco pasta and it was better than any Italian restaurants I've been to in the past year. We also tried a potato pizza which was surprisingly good. The Sticky Stigma was a refreshing take on a tiki drink.Despite the large crowds the service was still fast and friendly and the food and drinks were great! Looking forward to stopping here again on my next trip along the coast.

I guess sometimes there is a wait to get in, but we were lucky. We came at 7:30 pm, no wait. Sat in their beautiful patio. It is so cozy and warm. Wooden tables, greenery, palm fans, heaters, and live music in the back ground. The owners are gluten-free, so they have a delicious blend of their own homemade breads, dressing, and tartar sauce. The best I have ever had. Their fish and chicken batter is the bomb!. We sharded the Crabs cakes, which were so very yummy. And the Hailbit fish and chips. Definitely enough for 2 to share. Comes with a little green salad. The fish was devoured! So good. They make their own desserts, so many to choose from. We went with the Rum Chocolate Moose, so velvety smooth and rich. What a wonderful birthday to me! We actually came back for lunch the next, on our way back to Washington.

We didn't stay at the Inn but stopped for brunch on our way passing through. The food and service is great! The patio is so cool and the food was fantastic. We got the crab cakes, waffle, and huevos ranchers, all very good and I highly recommend the crab puffs!

Jennifer L — Google review

I don't know anything about the rooms. They used to make great pizzas but I've never liked the price. Since then they have added a 20% tax and also will ask for tips. No thank you. A lot of locals have stopped going due to the forced extra tax. The beer selection is fine.

Rose K — Google review

Warning: there is a 20% automatic service charge on all orders at this restaurant. It is not posted and our order taker did not mention it. We ordered 3 pizzas for take out and was charged for the pizzas, a city tax and an automatic gratuity of 20%. I contacted the manager, she assured me it was their policy on all orders dine in or take out. I see where Linda has suggested on other posts that there was something to look into, or the server did it mistakenly. That is just a ruse to deflect the bad comments by restaurant goers. I won't be back, and I doubt Linda cares.

Wade W — Google review

We stopped on Friday at 1:30 for lunch. Didn't seem too busy, but service was really, really slow. 90 minutes for lunch? Sat on the patio. Ambiance was nice, water bowls near several of the tables welcomed dogs. Food was exceptional. Steak salad was by far beyond what I expected. 20% gratuity added to all bills was clearly posted and stated by server. Our only disappointment was the very, very slow service. I noticed similar service to other patrons, too. Even after the meal was done, and we were sitting waiting, it was several minutes, though the server passed by a few times. Makes me wonder if the tip was separate if the service would have been better. Not sure we'll pay those prices for subpar service.
